Refund and Returns Policy for Conatechnie Luxury Watches

At Conatechnie, we are committed to providing you with the highest-quality luxury watches and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of the Product: The watch must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and any included accessories (e.g., warranty cards, manuals).
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required for all returns.

Note: Personalized or custom-made items, and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page, are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@conatechnie.com or call (856) 303-2422 to request a return authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare the Item: Carefully pack the watch in its original packaging, including any accessories, documents, and tags.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the return is received safely.
  4. Return Confirmation: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange request. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will include the full purchase price of the watch. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • Payment Method: Refunds to credit/debit cards or PayPal accounts may take additional time based on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

4. Exchanges

If you would prefer to exchange your purchase for a different model, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you, including shipping fees. Please send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order details to expedite the process.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Watches that have been worn, scratched, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items with signs of use, alteration, or repair.
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items.
  • Gift cards.

7. International Returns

For international customers, the return process is the same as domestic returns, but please note the following:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs duties and taxes paid on your order are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring that the return is properly documented to avoid any issues with customs clearance.
